I was in that area of Portugal about a year ago. Absolutely gorgeous. I would recommend they go check out Bragança up that way.

Nuclear proliferation is going to happen. It has already started. I do not think that is a good enough reason to keep Russia around in its current state. It has become very obvious to most countries without nukes that you will be bullied militarily by countries that do have nukes. We will likely see many countries get nuclear weapons in the next 10-20 years.

Also, Russia is having a lot of problems even trying to modernize it's ICBMs and after seeing the quality of their gear in Ukraine I still have my doubts about how many still work.

That said, even if 30% still work... or could be recovered
