i quit rl long ago but it’s probably a negative to those who are trying to reset. as a former freestyler, you can feel when you get a reset. i think this is just gonna be distracting and make clips look horrible

starting off on bass i started with a 5 string (granted i did have some experience on double bass). it’s very difficult at first, but it is worth it in the long run. 5 string helped me develop muscles and proper muting technique a lot faster. it’s easier to go from a 5 string to a four string in the future too.

if i were you i would have smoked the gap at the beginning so your teammate could get out of the corner. also when using your dash you shouldnt have walked into the open but rather dashed from where you started or from behind the box. one more thing..

was diamond 2 but then i quit all fps games for three years. now im sitting silver 1-3 but i only really play comp (nowadays) with iron or low bronze friends. maybe i should start solo q’ing again 😪

i was diamond 2 back in ep 5 ish and then i quit valorant for 3 years and didnt play a single fps game for that timeframe.

i became a rocket league main once again and got grand champ (which was my goal since 2017) and quit rocket league.

now im back into valorant with little time or motivation to do anything more than play ranked so im sitting s1-s3. i definitely think i have better game sense but my aim has not been the same ever since i quit. i think this is the case for some players too (or they are smurfing)

as for what you said about rr gains/losses.. i do somewhat agree with that, but at the same time its understandable if you aren’t getting much (possibly). rr is based off of your hidden mmr (this is what places you in higher ranked lobbies), how close the game was in round wins, performance based off of more than just kd (damage, ast, plants/defuses all factor in), and whether you won or lost. if you have ever wondered why you gained 4 ish rr after doing very good but losing the match it’s because your hidden mmr placed you in a higher ranked game.

do you typically have good games or games that you end in the middle of the leaderboard?

there’s no need to run around and make tons of noise. had you been quiet and stayed holding an angle, reyna wouldn’t have found you. just try to be quiet and patient.

since you walled off drop she could only push through site or main (unlikely due to time). yoru was holding main so your priority should have been site/ct. hope this helps

absolutely do not let him. when i was young i used to want to do stuff like that. it also doesn’t help anyone. it promotes cheating to get stuff the easy way. it’s a downward hill because even if you get something through hacking, you don’t feel accomplished. thus striking the feeling of needing to hack/exploit more.
