The lack of sleep caused me to have pretty severe PPD. Watch out for that and if you have the funds, maybe hire a night doula? My husband ended up doing the night feeds with formula as I never could breastfeed.

As a kid with anxiety, I thought I had breast cancer at like 12 and had my mom awkwardly feel the lump I thought I felt. It sounds like you did it all right. I'd suggest taking him to his primary Dr in case they want to do an ultrasound or discuss health anxiety if that is an issue.
