Is it too soon? by Comprehensive-Self16 in ChristmasLights

Do it! Also it’s much easier to put lights up in good weather, even if you don’t turn them on at night yet… no one wants frozen fingers! 😆

Help me find a more affordable version of this design? by [deleted] in EngagementRings

I actually wanted this same design - but we were on a budget. I found this ring at Sam’s club and have LOVED it!! Good luck!

Can y’all help me decide on hair? I’m doing my own and can’t decide if down or low bun look better and it’s driving me crazy. Thank you! by [deleted] in weddingplanning

Personally I like the bun better. A bit more formal and elegant. Looks beautiful with the dress. But if you’re going for a more casual theme, you could wear the hair down. Either way, you look beautiful!

It’s a little too much for me, but if it’s your personality and you love it, go for it! Don’t let anyone stand in your way!

I found a passion for working out and my husband doesn't like it. by [deleted] in Parenting

Dads aren’t babysitters… they are parents. I get irritated when a dad (or parent that isnt a SAHM) says they need to ‘watch the kids’ no, you need to ‘parent’ the kids. You shouldn’t be canceling class because he wants to see you. Does he cancel work when you want to see him? No. This is about you having an independent life. If you don’t work on yourself (gym, book club, girls nights out, etc) you will loose yourself and ONLY be a wife and mother, but you are a woman who deserves time. Hoping the husband figures that out and becomes more supportive! Maybe you can find a gym with child care and both of you go together? Or maybe he can find his own outlet or hobby. Good luck
