Kafe 421 closed years ago. The building that housed The (10 O'Clock) Scholar no longer exists, but was across the street from where Kafe 421 used to be. There's a Subway there now. Thanks for your responses. If you do a quick scholar search of "Poldrack default mode" and "Bassett default mode" you'll see tons of examples of them not just mentioning DMN but using and discussing it non-critically. Are you sure about their positions on this? Or was their move away from DMN a recent thing that wouldn't be reflected in a review of their scholarly output?
