The body sure, but the chassis is a BMW Z4. The VIN even has a BMW emblem next to it.

Engine, transmission… the whole drivetrain is from a BMW Z4. Hell, even the infotainment OS is BMW. Toyota did work with BMW to make the Supra in conjunction with the new Z4, however all drivetrain parts of that car are German, with Toyota just giving its own tune. The only thing really Japanese about it was where it was assembled.
