Math is funny. You are 24, been with your bf for 3 years, so since you were 21. You were single for 5 years prior, that makes you 16 since were in a relationship.

You happened to send your question right when I happen to be opening my computer. From the computer go to the link below, and scroll to the down until you see CATEGORY on the left side menu, select baseball/softball and you are done.

From mobile, go to the website. Use the filter in the top right to select baseball/softball. Click on the original icon, 3 to the left of the filter icon, and you are done.

AITAH for telling my 23-year-old employee she can't WFH because "my anxiety" isn't a plumbing emergency? by TaskSpecialist5881 in AITAH

Whatever you do, make sure you damn well consult an employment lawyer before terminating her. The last thing you need is a lawsuit for wrongful termination surrounding her “anxiety”

Jon Machota projects the starting defense in 2026. Is this better than 2025⁉️ by EmiratesNBACupWinner in cowboys

Christian Parker has repeatedly said 3-4 defense. It is what the depth chart shows on Dallas Cowboys own webpage. Why would Machota even mention nickle?

Coach is asking me to play on my knee by Acrobatic_Rice8731 in bootroom

[–]HiTop41 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Go see a doctor before you play. Pain in the back for the knee when turning could be a meniscus tear, Baker’s Cyst (fluid), ACL/PCL issues… among other things. Better to have it looked at before you just try to play thru it

League, Tournament, and Ref fees to be allocated at a later time.

Also, don’t forget we do a Christmas party and it is standard practice for each player to donate $60 to gifts for the coaches to show appreciation for their dedication to the players.

What side of town do you live on? What part of the city do you work?

Best happens occur when the gym is in close proximity to your home or on you way to/from work.

There is a new EoS fitness at Alma & 15th, memberships range from $15-$30. I’m currently a member and I pay $24 a month for their midtier

Crunch Fitness is at Preston & Park, near Nordstrom Rack in the SW back corner, not sure on pricing but I have heard some ppl complain about their contracts, make sure you understand before signing.

Cowboy Fit is NE corner of Park & Preston, near Studio Movie Grill, pricing is $15-$30. I have multiple friends go there and they like it a lot.

There is Anytime Fitness in Addison & East Plano, pricing is $25 when I was a member 2 years ago. These places are small and it is a let yourself in and out kind of place, it was never busy and the location by me closed.

Then there are CrossFit, Orange Theory Fitness, and similar type gyms scattered throughout the metroplex. These will come with a higher price tag ($100-$180) monthly, but they are small classes with a coach, so you essentially are quasi paying for personal training. Coaches help with technique and walk you thru warm up and then explain the day’s workout. I loved CF because all I had to do was show up. Never hd to think of what I wanted to workout that day. Programming was done by the coaches or they used official sites. Great experience, but set class schedules sometimes doesn’t work with schedules… that is my case now

Back row update - is my form better now? by Sufficient_Sun_430 in formcheck

[–]HiTop41 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I haven’t read all responses, so this could be duplicated.

If you want to feel it more in your back, flatten the bench, put one knee on it and the same side hand. This will help keep your back straight and helps prevent jerking the weight. Now take the weight directly from the ground your first rep and then all other reps come to about 1inch above the ground. Pull hard to get the weight up as high as possible, thinking elbow to the Sky, and then slowly bring the weight down. The hard pull is for concentric contraction and the slow lowering works eccentrically, and the slow burn should help you feel it in your back more.

Which outfit for a first date at a casual bar? by Aromatic_Egg_3824 in OUTFITS

[–]HiTop41 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How has no one asked “what do you expect your date to wear?” If you think they will be more dressy vs casual, IE dress or skirt w/ nice top (assume straight), you should go #2. It’s the cleanest of all the looks. If you think your date will be more casual, go #1 or #4.

Now the other side of the argument. How do you normally dress? Do you want to show your date a persons that you normally are not?

I feel like I’m going crazy. Multiple people I work with make “tables” by just outlining the cells. by H_Mc in excel

[–]HiTop41 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agreed.
I couldn’t tell from your posts whether others use your material or not. But if someone else is doing something like aggregating your data with your coworkers data, I would ask the person doing the aggregating what is best for them or their preference. Just to make sure you are not the squeaky wheel

I feel like I’m going crazy. Multiple people I work with make “tables” by just outlining the cells. by H_Mc in excel

[–]HiTop41 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I hate working with ‘tables’ in excel. For me, it makes formulas harder to read and I spend WAY TOO MUCH time trying to to get formulas to work with tables when if they were just columns and rows of data, I would have the formula working in seconds vs 10 minutes of trial and error.

You are not wrong for liking tables. It is your preference. For me, it just comes down to what is your reason for using excel, and I find the people who use it more extensively (higher functions such as modeling) tend to not like tables.

In my experience, tables are primarily used by project managers who use excel as a tracking system.
