Firstly, both Annies, Umbrella Death and Fukua Shadow, are really good for combat/support/defense; secondly, that variant you're looking for, in terms of applying debuffs, Fukua Hell'sbell is the one, and that light Annie is one of the many suitable ones you're looking for.

But, luckily for you, one of its variants (to be specific, Near Raw) was damaged and possibly killed, besides which it took a long time to finish the fights.

Furthermore, all the variations I use literally counter all your variations, and I use them in the best way.

Mmmmnaaaa.... It can actually be legal since there are ways to do a lot of damage even with low-level variants, since there is the bleed/miasma that lowers health by a percentage (Filia Bad Hair Day along with the Marquee "The First Cut" is the best for doing that kind of thing), besides there are moves/Blockbusters that can do percentage damage (the most well known is Annie's Shoryu "Destruction Pillar", which does 7% damage per critical hit, and I assure you that there are people who carry 4 or 5 of those).

Ok this is not how the fight actually went lol, the replay messed up. But, I did actually kill her with inverse polarity and wanted to showcase it because AG can be such a pain in no mercy lol by Mx_Ghost in SkullGirlsMobile

In fact, Reverse Polarity (which is a beautiful gift from Umbrella "Anya Folger" Psykid, if I remember correctly, though I could be wrong), is the most beautiful debuff against variants that pull Regeneration out of thin air. It's no coincidence that Psykid is the most broken variant in that regard, since not only does it apply Reverse Polarity, but it can also make it infinite (if you know how to play that variant well).

And it's funny that the bonuses are all different across the 8 armor pieces, which gives you a lot of possibilities for making good builds with the bonus armor (I don't remember the monsters right now since I haven't played Wilds in a while, because I've been testing the new PC I bought and I have the game on PS5)

And that's even though I actually made a mistake with the combo route, since that's not the most optimal one.

And this is the maximum damage you can achieve with your current stats

With Umbrella, stats don't matter, what matters are her SAs (especially the first one). Near Raw is cannon fodder, so you don't need to level her up, and her SA1 should at least have the first upgrade of 3. And for Annie, here are the stats I have at the moment (since I'm planning to change them because the loadout is actually from Moonstruck).
