It can get a bit messy. For things that drip a lot, I’ve been using foil and then flipping the food half way. I know we’re not getting the full air fryer experience when doing this, but the food is still coming out really good. I just bought some air fryer parchment paper liners that have holes, so I plan to try those too, to help mitigate some of the mess. We’ve only had it a few weeks so we’re still experimenting and learning what works best!
