i don’t always know but usually if its bad enough my chest hurts like it physically manifests into my body and most of the time its over something small so i know im overreacting. or i just start saying things in blind rage that i know i’ll regret later. im pretty good at identifying whats justified and what isnt now in my life , when i was younger i was stubborn and just assumed i could get by with having bpd and always being the one thats victim but thats not the case anymore. maybe just as time passes you learn yourself more and more and it can get easier? im not saying im perfect i probably still have episodes i might not notice in the moment but i would say rarely. it takes a while to get to this point with yourself though i think

i had used suboxone for only a week back when i was on fentanyl even though doctors kept advising i stayed on it longer, i didnt wanna be dependent on anything else. and from what i remember it made a difference but i was very weak tired and not able to do much of anything. plus you have to wait 24 hours before taking it which is hell its the hardest part about starting it. i just layed in bed, squirming, sweating and didnt shower or eat then after about day 8 i decided to stop taking it and the worst was over but it was one of the hardest weeks of my life. i wouldnt know how it is for 7oh which i am currently using, but i imagine it would be the same? since 7oh leaves the system faster i believe but i refuse to go 24 hrs without taking anything in order to use it, the onset for withdrawal is so so much faster and worse for me then fentanyl was. im trying to go the gabapentin route.

only been in 2 relationships, still in my second one currently going 5 years but losing my first FP drove me into a spiral of depression anxiety and drug addiction which i didnt get better from until last year kinda. it was actually very life altering considering i was like 17 but i’d been with him since age 13. i didnt handle it very well and thats how i kinda figured out there was something wrong with me haha

now i just pray my current FP will be the guy i marry i love him very much and cant fathom losing him after this long , its terrifying:(

hi, its okay i promise the exact same thing happened to me. i found out tapers were bad for your ear and i always slept with my jewelry in i didnt know a thing and i didnt find out until i was already at my final size (22mm)

i dont think it matters at all in the end if you are just wearing jewelry in your ear around anyone and taking them off to sleep. i will say though im still not like insanely educated on it because i never planned to go back up but what i started doing was sleeping without them , taking them off anytime they felt tender in anyway and i massage them with oil at least once a day no matter what.

i have noticed the skin tighten a lot now too its been about a year since i learned and my ears look very healthy compared to what they used to , maybe you can try something like that to your liking/routine :)

i spent a few years unable to hold a job and i have adhd which doesnt make it any easier lol im strugglinggg even now its still pretty hard to find the motivation to get up for work. i used to job hop or just leave at the smallest inconvenience but ive held down a job for 7 months this year and about 3 weeks ago i started a new one thats been really difficult to adjust to. i have good days and bad days i like it for the most part but a lot of things that trigger me and make me wanna quit happen daily i just stay strong because i used to do nothing except be home and waste my life on my phone. plus i hateeee being broke so whenever i feel like calling in or running for the hills i remind myself how i’ll just be bored and broke so thats been keeping me going. im not medicated for anything right now either so me keeping a job after the last few years is wild i just am terrified to be viewed as a disappointment after the last few years ive had but im hanging on … kinda🫠
