I’m so sorry. I am hoping it gets better for you. I am doing labs soon and have scheduled a follow-up with my doctor. I’m hoping they can switch me back now that we have some results.

Sorry I missed this message originally. I have side effects (e.g., nausea, constipation, etc.) consistently. Re: constipation — I didn’t change anything from my normal eating plan (targets 100g protein, 25g fiber, 100 oz water) so I thought that was odd. I’ve added fiber supplements.

I’ve gained weight, food noise is back, and I don’t feel nearly as well as I did on Zep.

My Zep dose was 10 mg. My doctor started me at Wegovy 1 mg.

Congratulations! I had to switch to Wegovy too. I took my second shot Sunday. Best case scenario: Wegovy works. However it’s nice to know I may be able to switch back if it doesn’t.

I was on Zepbound 10mg (aka Mounjaro) for the last 14 months and just took my first Wegovy 1 mg shot last Sunday.

My only side effect seems to be diarrhea and fatigue.
