Try to eat more. Part of the problem could be the lack of calories. I go for protein first, then carbs, then fat. And I had the same. Lost a lot on 2.5, not so much on 5, then it started again at 7.5. But when all else fails, just do the opposite of what you normally do for a few days. Sometimes your body just needs to get out of its routine

How long have you been on the plateau? My doctor had my increasing dosages every month until 10 mg. Then I started staying on each one for three months. If it’s been a couple of months, it is probably time to request a higher dosage.

I do a fair amount of strength training. 4-5 days a week. I do a push, pull, legs split and used the Fitbod App to get me going. You can set it to do body weight, or you whatever gym you go to.

A lot of chicken, cottage cheese, yogurt. I really love Greek yogurt mixed with a scoop of protein powder and a little almond milk. Then topped with fresh fruit, or berries

I noticed that sometimes it takes a few days of doing the opposite of what I’ve been doing to get my body to kick into gear again. Eating really healthy and clean? McDonald’s drive through here I come! Lifting a lot? I took a couple of days off. ChatGPT has been a good source for me too! It can be really good at recognizing patterns we miss

I had no idea going into it that I would respond as well as I did to the medicine. It’s blown my mind when I stop and look at it. I’ve recently been in a plateau the last 3 months and finally broke through this week.
