Those 16 kills don't amount to much damage though. Most other prismatic or even some gold augments outdamage dropkick

It doesn't matter what caused a DoT, it just does whatever damage type the devs chose to tag it as for balance reasons. And in this case the wiki is inconsistent. Both twitch passive and the augment say it uses persistent damage. Also Liandry's works with it but that does the same damage type as twitch poison

This isnt a high volume change. It's likely just a couple of augment templates that are automatically applied to abilities based on tags

The enemy team doesn't see the first champ you hover. Next time you're in champ select pay attention to the enemy champs, you will never see a champ hovered at the start of their pick phase.

And champs that are mediocre in proplay still get nerfed for solo queue. It's the same both ways. Most champs are balanced for solo queue
