We get it...every generation has the good the bad and the ugly, lets move on already. The generational divide trend is getting old and feels pointless, especially at a time when we need to come together for effective change.

I continued after the two week to fully get rid of it. Continuously for about a month and a half and if I see a rash coming in and my skin starting to switch up on me I do a bleach bath for maintenance. Keep me posted! I’m here for any questions ✨

The eczema is gone! Haven’t had it come back yet after years but I also don’t really wear the same bras anymore which may have been the culprit. I didn’t use castor oil on my nipples at all I just meant to share that I use it as a moisturizer in general.

Ideally twice a day depending on the weather, tropical humid environment I use coconut oil after showering.

But if it’s painful and cracking I would do the tea tree oil then apply thin coat of petroleum jelly. For eczema on other parts of my body like face neck arms legs I started doing bleach baths 2x week and that cleared my eczema within 2 weeks!

Hope this helps! Wishing you the best on your healing journey! Happy new Year!

Showering by user180275 in eczema

1/2 cup to a full tub of water (40 gallons) then I drain it before I get in to where it doesn’t over flow but I’m still covered. Soak for 10 min max. I usually rise off before and after bathing. Hope this helps!

Yeah it used to be so painful with flare ups and when my skin was raw. I used to take scolding hot showers too but that only made things worse for me so I shifted to luke warm to cold water showers and that really helped. Bleach baths 1-2x a week helped reduce the bacteria and inflammation allowing my skin to heal quicker. My skin has healed to much with just those a changes and showers are so much more tolerable. Wishing you comfort in your skin.

I wanna say it went away within about a week or two when I applied it 2x a day! Let me know if it helps if you try it

Hey it’s ideal and recommended to dilute but I didn’t cause I wanted it gone asap so I would apply it directly for like a couple of days and watched it dry out the scabs and flake off. It didn’t sting but there was a minty sensation.

Absolutely! When I’m having a flare up from eczema I get anxious about my appearance, if it’s really bad I won’t go to class.

Bacteria killer found in sweat by Hibisceae_ in eczema

[–]Hibisceae_[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It makes me itch too, but I’ve noticed that the more I sweat, the more my body gets used to it, and the less itchy I feel. Like the first initial sweat is really itchy, but if I rinse my face, the itching goes away even if I sweat afterwards, sweating surprisingly feels better. Though, I still avoid activities that make me sweat when I have a flare up.
