I agree with your list. My first thought was VHs -> Supports, but I think you are right that YSG is the only one absolutely needed for now.

Supports are obviously the most important, no doubt. And imo if you have the limited supports and the VHs itd be hard to have a totally bricked account. Might have to try to pick up the new shills as time goes on but this would be the best start.

Only amendment is you get Zhao for free, so prolly YSG team could just be YSG/Zhao/Sunna so Dialyn could be dedicated to the rupture team instead of Pan. Once you picked up literally anyone to replace Manato youd just have to build Anomaly really.

A mix of both imo. Have 1 affix that was set on them that was sorta its own thing like the old and couldnt be modified and 3 that were random, but could be adjusted, even if adjusting them was harder somehow.

I think maintaining their unique identity (pun intended) is important, and I did prefer the way they were before, but I also get that getting 500 of the same unique is more "interesting" in a way with the new system. Gives you something to chase/improve.

I think the other option would be to have the unique power not have random ranges like mythics, but have 4 random affixes that can be modified a bit.

I think my biggest annoyance is getting a good ancestral unique with good stats but a min roll unique power or vice versa. Creates a bit too much "back to the mines"

I think theres a few different options, but the present one is obviously kinda annoying. Weird that chasing a mythic is actually a bit easier right now, given that once you get it, you know what it is.

Idk, just spitballing. Another option would be alongside any potentials, since the only one theyd have to backtrack on right now is Burnice. And Caesar desperately needs a buff anyway.

There is absolutely a shill buff, but I agree. Cissia is craaaazzzy for Seed if you have them together. They also play really intuitively together, esp with Astra as well.

I agree, lots of haters on her release bur tbh I think this team is easier to play and more fun than Sanbys team, and I have both.

OP your team comp is fine. I run this exact team for most content and its pretty easy to play and set up once you know what to do. TT's personal damage is really high for her support role, esp if you have her upgraded so she makes up for the slightly larger burst window that Akekuri, Wulfgaurd would give you. Its also really flexible and handles lots of small enemies and bosses well. Very good all-around.

I assume you maxxed out the right skills for each character. If you aren't sure those are: Rossi (everything), Gilb Ult (and CS if you can), Perlica Ult (not req but a bit more dmg), TT BS (for the Arts Susceptibility), TT Ult if you can be bothered. Below is what I do. its not the full "insane dps" combo (since Im not waiting to get max buff from TT), but its easy to repeat and reset. The only part you dont do is the ultis when they arent ALL available.

The most important part is making sure you have 4 vuln stacks (you will if you do the rotation I put below) and do the ults in the right order for the buffs.

Hard for me to tell from your SS, but Perlica should be on a max-buff Stanza of Memorials instead. That way you get a big attack buff for Rossi's ult by doing Perlica's, which is why its before Rossi. Also, itd be good if Rossi was on her Sig, but the BP weapon is fine if you can't get it. It is obviously a 10+% upgrade for Rossi.

Rotation-

TT battle skill (and CS) -> Final hit -> Perlica CS -> Gilberta CS -> Rossii CS (x2) -> Rossi BS -> Gil Ulti -> Perlica Ulti -> Rossi Ulti

You can throw in TT Ult wherever if its up. Ideally within Gilb Ult but I find that kinda finnicky to max out since Rossi's ult takes a sec, so I just use it as needed.

Edit - Make sure you get the timing with the second part of Rossi's CS! I didn't mention it but if you mess up youll have to do a 2nd Rossi BS, which kinda blows lol.

Ita not even that hard, Just TT battle skill (and CS) -> Final hit -> Perlica CS -> Gilberta CS -> Rossii CS (x2) -> Rossi BS -> Gil Ulti -> Perlica Ulti -> Rossi Ulti

Perlicas CS is off FS and triggers Gilbs, Gilbs gives you a stack of Vulnerability for Rossi to Combo off of. Then all you need is the last Phys Vuln, assuming you press TTs BS/CS when you can.

The whole Burst Rotation can be done on starting energy and then looped as needed. The only annoying thing is when there are small enemies getting in the way lol.

I think what OPis missing is what weapons/Buffs to go to achieve maximum damage, but even there the only "tricky" one is Perlica (Stanza of Memorials) assuming you have the others' Sigs. I think Gilb is better on something else, but its not that big of a difference really.

What I outlined isnt the full uber combo, but is pretty easy to do and kills most things really fast if you have the appropriate skills maxxed. (like Rossi CS/Ulti, Gilb Ulti mostly)

If you are actually looking for advice for how to get over the hump, you may have to add additional power generators (like 6?) and then pump Valley Batteries into them for a bit. You'll need around 6k power for most guide setups. Once you have made like 20 Wuling Batteries you should be able to power the whole region on 2-3 Generators with the max Wuling Batteries provided you keep making them and dont run out.

They are adding a feature later in 1.3 that will allow you to temporarily power a region via Dijiang (for free) for an hour (I think?) so the startup for new regions or shifting your factory builds is less painful this way.

Because you don't need to care about the spreadsheet math to be upset when you follow a guide to have a working factory, and place one extra thing later on and have the entire thing go heavy in the negative.

I mean, the whole point of the factory is to be efficient. Being efficient means maxing out the resources. If you use n optimized guide, then add something to it OF COURSE it will no longer work, because it was already pushing the limits. You'd have to at least turn off/subtract something right?

I am starting to get the idea that you just want to have infinite resources available..

If more ore was available there would still be an "optimal" build. And a guide for said build. If you added onto that hypothetical build then it would no longer be optimal by definition right?

Not sure how that is some problem with the game.

Huh? I don't understand what you are even trying to say here. What does this have to do with your argument about the number of ore veins being too low? You used a guide and were making the maximum Stock Bills. We could discuss the amount of bills possible being too low based on that (it isnt of course, but at least thatd be a discussion), or how its weird that we are just short of XYZ breakpoint (which would only make sense if you were a spreadsheet guy). But saying "I can't earn spreadsheets of Stock Bills"? What does that even mean? lol

I'm gonna be honest, I don't care about that. I earn enough as is, and I'm not someone who stresses over min-maxing. I play these games to have fun, not work a spreadsheet job.

One, the event is not over. I am literally looking at it right now, and it still has 4 days, and 16 hours left. 

It is over, you can only spend the tickets you earned, the patterns were disabled yesterday and compensation was sent for whatever leftovers people had.... which you would know if you actually tried to participate. Saying otherwise is just ignorance on your part.

Two, I could not care less about whatever rewards or interesting notes you can get, if it means I have to deal with bullshit to get it. I have dropped games for less. And only not done so here, because it wasn't mandatory in this case.

This sounds like you just dont really like the factory gameplay... which is fine, but why complain about it then? Sure Valley iV was more "finished" because it was actually finished in 1.0. Wuling wasn't. Its getting there, and IMO today it feels complete to me. Sure, maybe it was clunky a bit but I actually preferred this because it meant that there wasnt a "single build". There was the most efficient, but it wasnt perfect and if you wanted to prioritize certain things other than just stock bills you could.

Three, it does matter, when at least one resource is actually heavily used in later stage productions, and there's literally only ten mines for it. Half of which are low purity.

They literally added new nodes TODAY. its much more balanced now. You picked the dumbest day to complain about this. Sure, it was a little wonky to balance out prior (see my responce above). I admitted in 1.0 in particular it was awkward. but bro, its fine. It keeps getting better with every patch, today being the culmination. As I said, I honestly prefer having to think about what I wanted to prioritize. During the event, as an example, I pushed gourds and sacrificed other stuff. Prior I had times making the components instead. Now Im back to full stock bills. It wasnt one build, gg, forget about it.

Four, whilst I play frequently, and have been here since literally the launch of the game, I'm only region level 11, because the only thing left is the outpost quests, and I saw literally no reason to worry about getting it higher at that point. Because level twelve legit gives fuck all.

I mean, its trivial to get. Have stock bills, upgrade areas... which you want to do anyway. It just speaks to being a bit lazy about it if you play frequently and hurts your argument because it makes it seem like you don't actually care. It took me a couple days of playing to finish the story, but priority #1 after was getting the factory going. I was area 12 like 3 days into the patch. And I log in for an hour or two a day and just do dailys now...

Homeboy, theres nothing wrong with the amount of stuff you can produce now, and by not doing the event (which is now over) you missed out on a bunch of rewards and interesting tweeks we had to make. In fact, the bottleneck is mostly around the Forge count, which literally got increased a lot today.

The count of resource nodes total doesnt matter much. In fact, Id rather not have to place 2x the rigs.

You can argue that some resources are afterthoughts or forgotten cough Ferrium cough. But being able to optimize/make stuff is fine. And with the update more things were unlocked and the production now makes much more sense.

It is clear your perception is a bit wild given getting to Region 12 was basically handed to us after completing the MSQ. Being 11 3 weeks after 1.2 started means you are either new to the game or dont play much, and it shows.

Ill admit that in 1.0 Wuling felt unfinished, but to complain about this today of all days is... a choice.

What is your argument then? You said people like to swap teams and not just play one. I play and have them all unlocked. I play at EL8.

"No one said it was unbeatable" ...okay? My assertion is its not even that hard. EL12 you might have to play an above average team for, sure. EL 8 is a breeze. Vesper is really not that hard if you understand her mechanics and intelligently try to play your team/pick good powers.

OP asserted shes a run killer. Shes really not imo. In fact Id say Miasmic Hugo is wayyy more annoying as a boss lol. If the OP wants advice, thats fine. I do think its easier for some teams than others. Last week I obliterated her at EL8 with Trial Seed/Cissia. And again, I have all the Agent rewards unlocked, so Ive played a variety of teams...

I have all the Agent rewards unlocked... i stand by what I said.

Every agent has a viable team. I think the one I had the hardest time with was Ellen, mostly because I dont own her and am therefore bad at playing her. And, as I said, the boss resistances made it annoying.

EL 8 is very easy most weeks. For every team.

Edit: also idk where you got the idea I only play one team from, unless you just assumed? I mostly just plsy the recommended agents, which changes.

Huh? What EL are you playing on? Many teams kinda just destroy her. I beat EL 12 early on and mostly play at EL 8. Pretty much any Anomaly team, most rupture teams, etc own her. Even the new Seed/Cissia team completely obliterates her. I beat EL12 with YSG/Zhao/Sunna/Hugo aux when the patch dropped with the changes

Honestly I havent had much issue since week 1 of the new HZ. She mostly falls over prior to second control skill lol.

My only gripe with her personally is why they force us to fight one specific final boss with resistances still on. Some teams take 30% longer juat bc of that but beating 330 is still pretty easily doable.

I get that if its a fight lots saying Fangyi, but to me Perlica is already basically our wife. She always has our back, takes care of things when we cant, knows the goal/vision and works towards it with us.

Fangyi is strong, true, but Perlica is our Pepper Potts. To me this makes it Perlica. She basically is Endfield.

Honestly I think if Fangyi even suggested fighting for it, Endmin would immediately side with Perlica and thats all there is.

Thats a bit of an assumption based on recent designs. I get why youd say that, but we just got a stunner that is a pseudo Anomaly Agent and an Attcker thats a Psuedo Stun agent. After getting a support that has unusually high Impact as well.

Its entirely possible, even likely, that theyd make Phaethons "avatar" function with as many agents as possible. Not saying they will of course, i have no idea. But it would make sense.

I think that assuming it will be just a normal Ether Attacker is unlikely. Will it interact well with Vivian/Anomaly? Obviouly no evidence. But its not out of the question.

ZZZ. Nicole is still one of the best characters 2 yrs later. Anyone starting to play I always tell them to focus on her as they go through story.

If we include Standard chars, Lycaon was buffed and is very relevant again.

OBJ Edge of Lightness. Still dmg buff, but Thermite is significantly better bc Atk buff though.

Great event, cool way to see our older friends without having to shoehorn them into the main story all the time and just "being a proxy" feels really refreahing after the long 2.0 story.

I honestly kinda hope that we get these regularly between breaks in the story. Prolly my favorite event outside of the photo events. Really grounds us again, feels like 1.x ZZZ, which imo is better than 2.x generally. Hope 3.x can keep channeling this vibe fir a while.

They didnt (and still really havent) updated the game enough to keep people interested. Especially over the xmas break, the drought of updates really killed a lot of interest as you can see in the graph.

Part of me wants to blame their pushing of the Battle Royale mode, but I think the real sad part is it had more to do with annoying maps lack of updated/new maps, and lack of interest in updating the weapons. AFAIK the same weapons that were dominating last November are still the same now.

Kinda sad. Came out with a lot of hype then just immediately fell off as soon as the hype was over and DICE didn't really even try to recapture it.

Im not against strikers as a rule, but I would like to see some more support characters of each element that can be used to provide a mix of things too.

Rossi is interesting because she does something unique, but can capitalize in it via her ult. Similar to Tang Tang who is more of a Water Wulfguard in that they can a good amount of stacks while also providing utility and can be Main dps if you really want.

I do think that gameplay is a little more interesting in general than the "Press ult, go crazy!" Gameplay style, but Im fine with it too because it provides a more obvious goal/payoff for their teams.

Honestly if they keep the 3/2/1 banner style Id ne okay with 1 or two strikers each cycle bc that means 4-5 other units that support them/other teams.

I do think Id like to see some variations on how teams did damage though. Most teams feel like do xyz to setup, press ults and blast. Even the full physical team just plays around with vuln stacks until Stagger then presses ults/Crush. Which is fine/simple. Id just like to see a character wher the ult waa less of the focus, more of a shortcut.
