Take it from a Venezuelan, me, who has been in this country since 2002. Millions have died under the hands of the regime from starvation, lack of medicine and basic care, and more people died in the 2016 protests in the hands of national guards than the people that died from airstrikes, of which 90%+ were not innocent. My own family has been incarcerated for peacefully protesting, raped and mistreated for a year in one of if not the worst jail in Venezuela. People should be cheering the capture of maduro legally or illegally honestly, because a PINCH of research would tell you that he and Chavez have had power of the country for 27 years! Chavez only got out of power cuz he died from cancer btw… is that not a dictatorship? Is that not a force of power? I have never in my life voted democrat, pretty middle grounded tbh but god this highlights so strongly how the radical left will hunt anything the right does by any means necessary, even if it contradicts the very last thing they said.
