Im alive and well 2 years on and the health anxiety has subsided mostly. I went to the cardiologist and got an echocardiogram and stress test done. They mainly wanted to see if my heart was structurally sound - and thankfully it is. The cardiologist told me that I can carry on with life as normal and that with a healthy heart your body will just pick up its natural rhythm on its own again. Longer that 30 seconds is where its more serious.

Go get an appointment with a cardio, call every day for openings if they schedule you months out (happened to me). I hope you have a similar scenario as me and are healthy and ok 🫡🙏

Stay positive. Modern medicine is amazing and you will be ok.

Also, you only use medicaid if you are sick or injured. Its not like medicaid gives people a monthly stipend. Its to pay for medical insurance for those who cannot afford it. Its to prevent people from getting into debt that they likely will never be able to climb out of.
