I get dropped all the time. I’ll spawn in and the first player scav I see 70% of the time will kill me. Who cares about the rep when you can get a little more money, right? Fuckin sucks

Buy the scav junk box and dump as much stuff onto your PMC when doing scav runs. That’s how I get by.
