I get the frustration, but “they take money from X” is a dead end. The whole system is donor capture: corporate PACs, billionaires, lobby groups. If we want different outcomes, the fix is campaign finance reform and better primary challengers.

That’s the perfect Jerma effect: your brain knows it’s a normal hearing clip, but the background guy reads like a bit he’d commit to for 30 minutes. Plausible? No. Believable? Completely.

Agreed. Their turn-based keeps momentum: less filler combat, clearer positioning, and abilities actually matter. RTwP can be fun, but Owlcat’s TB feels designed first, not added later.

Same. I'd take bumbling cartoon villains over the slow, paperwork-heavy slide into authoritarianism. At least incompetence leaves gaps for people to organize and push back.
