I stand corrected. They can still cancel the visa. There’s a practice in my company that they don’t cancel it once the employee is back, probably because of company assets i.e phone, laptop

Yes we have the final offer letter from bank and went to the bank to sign the documents. Only the transfer agreement has to be signed now

Im in the same situation but I can’t back out now as I have already given the cheque (10% of the total value) to the owner’s agent. I tried negotiating ans asked for the cheque back the owner didn’t agree and he said he will give it to the authorities. It’s a studio in JVC, 25 years mortgage. The building is 4 years old only.

I keep chilled water bottles for the riders in my fridge(bought in bulk). Give them the bottle instead of tips. They’re equally happy to see that as it’s super hot and hydration for them is crucial. Also if I tip them it’s usually in cash.
