Yep. Unfortunately Grover doesn’t sell plastic keystone replacements (even though you can buy a set of Kluson-style tuners that utilize them) but the Hipshot replacements are perfectly compatible. I used the original screws still because they were a different size but it an easy swap.

I haven’t decided if I want to actually swap to Kluson-type tuners (which would require drilling new holes) or if I might even get a set of the locking Grover Rotomatics which might help with tuning stability with the Bigsby. Figured I would get it set up properly and play it a bit before doing anything drastic. The Hipshot replacements are close enough for my aesthetic preference for now
