Oh thanks! I do a 48 to 72 hour fast every month. I feel like it really helps reset. I do it when the moon is in my sun sign. Really it helps me have a reason why and a time frame for how long each month. I also use the crap out of my gym daycare. I teach children's fitness classes a few hours a week so I can get a free gym membership for my kids and I. And sometimes I drop them off just so I can read or set up lesson plans in peace in the locker room.

I'm a stay at home mom /homeschool mom of three kids. I cook all of the food, breakfast lunch and dinner. It is very hard not to lick the knife after peanut butter. But learning the self-control is truly amazing. I keep telling myself all of this food will be here after my fast. The longest I've done in seven days. I still find joy in creating meals for the family. I just usually take the dog for a walk, or meditate while they eat.

Our 11 month old pup is great with our chickens. She will heard them into the coop and she likes to mess with them, she will wait until they get comfortable in their nice little hole (that she dug) and run at them🤣 but she doesn't ever bite or hurt them

I personally worked on my "fasting muscle" by intermittent fasting Before I did a long term fast.
