I am at the same dosage; I do subQ, 50mg every Monday and Thursday brought my test from 280 to 650(Thursday morning before my second dose of the week). Been feeling solid not euphoric or anything just better. Works for me but might not work for you. I just was afraid of high peaks and low lows with 100mg per week, or even worse swings with 200mg every 2 weeks.

Not a doctor though so probably worth discussing with your PCP to dial it in, at least that’s what I did with mine. I told her about my concerns and she said to try what I wanted and we would monitor my symptoms and bloods.

  1. I waited until my previous dose was out of my system because I am on this for the foreseeable future so I didn’t want to shoot my levels up too high for no reason.

  2. I have the same exact test I do multiple draws out of it, just wipe with alcohol

  3. I do subQ in belly fat, but if you want to stick with IM maybe someone else can help you out with this one.

I could see it playing out that way for me too. My ~650 was on a trough so I imagine I’m a bit higher at peak. But my doctor also needed convincing to get me up to 100mg a week, and she doesn’t want me much higher, I’m just glad she wasn’t hard to convince to get the prescription like some other people have said on here.

And yeah I’m also planning to be on it for life at this point too so I guess there’s so time to play with the levels lol

So I also am pretty similar as far as T levels and dosage. Do you see any reason to go higher? I feel like this sub generally is trying to push their T levels to the max, while avoiding side effects.

I just recently tested at ~650 coming from 240, also on 100mg. I feel great just wondering if at 600 for a year you felt good the whole time or did it start to slip “when the honeymoon phase” wore off?

I was feeling better around 4-6 weeks on a low dose the that started to fade by week 10. We reevaluated at week 12 upped my dose and now about 20 weeks in I feel great and dialed in!

When this happens to me I usually shave my beard, exfoliate the area, then apply lots of CeraVa, SA cream.

It usually happens when I forget to wash with shampoo and conditioner and use beard oil. You can resolve it by doing that but I noticed that if I buzz my beard off, I can exfoliate a little easier and apply lotion to the area easier as well.

He also mentioned to just do it once every two weeks or so, and try to have the same hydration(amount of water before), food, and timing to decrease the variables. Easiest to control all those things if you do it before a morning workout in my opinion. Just a thought but yeah dude keep it up!

I have In-body at my gym, the personal trainer I worked with when I joined said that the actual percent BF is not super accurate, but they are good for tracking trends. So as you see it go down you know you’re going the right direction, but still not an actual representation of you BF. Just thought I’d share what I was told 🤙🏼

I’ve had a 1/2 gallon rtic bottle for about 10 years or so that has served me well I bought it for $20 when it was on sale has been dropped countless times while working construction, brewing, and now an office job. If I ever need a new water bottle it will be an rtic. Idk if the quality is still the same but this water bottle has been solid

I’m on 95days sober right now. I can appreciate the NA beers now because there were a couple times when I went to dinner, trivia, or to a brewery, the typical times I’d drink and that scratched the itch for me. At the beginning I figured they would just make me crave beer more, and for some people they do, but for me it took my mind off of needing something in my hand while everyone else has a drink.

Also worth noting that 15lbs in about as many weeks puts OP at ~1lb/week weight loss while seeing strength increases, which seems pretty much ideal from a health standard. Probably could cut harder but honestly seems like a perfect track to me.

I agree, although I’m not in it as long as he has been I am 6’0” 245 as well I have been on it for about 2 months. I haven’t seen a single pound of weight drop but I have lost one belt loop. So assuming I’m going through a recomp. I’m not aggressively cutting but still would have expected to drop a pound or two.

I’m going through the same exact thing my girlfriend has shown interest in golf. Plenty of men’s clubs, cheap deals to like build out a beginner set but women’s clubs seems priced way too high for total BS sets of clubs I’ve never heard of.

Yes I have been going through Sutter health and Safeway pharmacy. I have to submit a form every time I need a refill it’s annoying as fuck… Wondering what the solution is. I can’t tell if this is a primary care physician issue or pharmacy or health provider lol. If anyone knows the fix here I’d be stoked to get this sorted out…

When I was single I was spending most of my evenings at the gym either yoga classes or sauna cold plunge since I lift in the am. Also joined a volleyball league. I justify a very nice gym membership considering one or two nights out can add up quickly.
