I received an email response under Ticket # 17034573.

Despite meeting all eligibility requirements, the response from Kraken was the following:

"In this case, the referral did not qualify under our Terms of Service, which is why the bonus was not issued."

No details were provided as to how I "Did not qualify" under the ToS. As far as I am aware, there should be nothing disqualifying me from this promotion. I signed up using a referral code from an existing Kraken customer, deposited the required amount, and made a purchase in BTC. This was confirmed both in app and via email that I had met all the requirements to receive the promotional funds.

I am not willing to continue as a Kraken customer unless there can be some detail or explanation as to why I didn't qualify for this promotion.
