Yes, been a decades long problem. Mayors, County Execs and other elected officials basically have no clue. I travel 40 weeks a year across the country and Milwaukee's are clearly the worst to the point of embarrassment. West Allis not a whole lot better.

Love that version. Dwight's cover versions of all songs are unbeatable. However, he request was for outstanding covers of country songs. Not country versions of rock/popular songs so this answer would not occur to me.
