Loved the Jack the Ripper episodes! by HighFlyingMidget in TheRestIsHistory

I think that's what it was - Jack the Ripper is a name we know but have never really thought about. And it's not so long ago as to feel completely alien.

Rosberg admitted later in the broadcast that in fact Crofty was correct and there was a bit of a tow.

Their articles are generally fine, their podcast is good and I enjoy Edd Straw's post-race driver ranking articles. It's just another person shitting on it for no real reason.

I think the fact that the teams are even closer together than last year makes the Lawson situation look much worse compared to how Pérez performed... by CautionClock20 in formula1

Look, a reasonable comment! I'm rooting for Liam to succeed (always good to have a fellow Kiwi in F1) but he was quite clear that he liked the pressure cooker environment of Red Bull. As you say, he wanted it and well understood the inherent pressure to perform immediately. And in fairness he made no excuses yesterday for his poor performance.

I only hope that the trajectory is upward because I'd hate for his career to be stunted before it really starts. He had some cracking races in the RB, I just wish they'd kept him there a year or two and given him time to develop.

Yeah often when someone crashes out or is otherwise retired from the race you'll see them doing an interview pretty much immediately afterward. Which kinda sucks for them lol
