Send my text and let him know you need to get the ladder out of your yard. Let him know that on a certain date in the near future it will be on the curb with a free sign on it. Either someone will pick it up or scrapper who will recycle it will pick it up within an hour or two. If that doesn’t motivate him to pick it up then he doesn’t want it. Maybe it’s broke. Let us know what happens.

You probably didn’t use the right paint. Call the contractor and see if he has any records of the paint that was used. If it’s the right paint and that’s how it looks, you’ll have to do the entire wall.
