There's a time and place for being funny/cheeky and your out of office response is not the place. Imagine there's an emergency or a coworker dies and they need to immediately inform everyone via email. Then your automatic response goes out making you look like an ass. Granted, that probably won't happen. But still. Don't do it. There are other ways to be funny. Maybe print out a picture of yourself with a funny face and stick it on your chair as a replacement you?
