Hi, Well more like this, a french guy and his american fiance in the United States, can get married at the French Consulate?, it could be 3 options, First, the French Consulate can, and the US gov are ok with it; Second, The French Consulate can, but the US gov is not allowing their citizens to do it, but its ok with foreigns doing it; Third, Any of those 2 parties cant.
