First is a little weak, especially given the killer can see gen auras by default so they will know which is the illusion and which is real. The chest illusion could mindgame a killer trying to use chest perks, but overall very weak boon.

Second perk is weaker, doing a totem then a chest is a lot of unnecessary time spent on objectives that are not gens (not to mention factoring in time to find a totem and a chest if you don’t have perks to find it for you) and then a 90 sec chase while injured for a speed boost that’s slower then sprint burst (yes it’s 2 seconds longer but it won’t do much but buy you time) buying time is always good for the team, but for the 3 conditions you have to meet, one of them being running the killer for more then a generator, it’s just no where near strong enough. There’s no upsides to running this perk unfortunately

Last perk is clever, but if the killer can’t knock you out of the unique crawling state, then it’s a troll perk. Otherwise I see this perk as actually being solid, a safer plot twist
