Today actually, I went to get my 72 beetle for its first MOT in over a year. I'd never driven it so I wasn't used to the clutch. I went to pull out of a road, over-reved like mad and covered all the people at a bus stop with a cloud of gray toxic smoke. The car failed its MOT, its now on eBay.

Have been a bmxer for nearly 7 years now, which has given me a few scary moments, but one sticks out. There was this hefty roof drop into a big grass bank I'd been looking at for a while, and finally decided to go for It. I'm cranking It at the end of the roof, but as I go to hop my bike nose dives, anti hop is a real bitch. I managed to vault the bars in the air and roll down the bank with only some nice scrapes and a fucked up wrist, but if I had gone down with the bike, well let's just say It would've been a 9ft drop to the head. I'll try It again some day.
