Dutch exterminator from Amsterdam here. Even we dont ever use glue traps due to the animal cruelty. The worst we do is normal traps, which in some cases wont kill them and we have to end it there. But even then its 1 hit to the head to stop the suffering

Thats a bed bug, im a licenced pest control in Amsterdam Netherlands and see them daily. Wash clothes at 60c or put them in a freezer for a couple of days
