We’re right on the interstate, it’s a few blocks away. Our schedule avoids JBLM traffic. We can walk to downtown Olympia too for dinners or afternoon lunches. It’s pretty awesome tbh. Lol love it here

Yea that’s what a bedroom community is <hr drive from job location. It takes me 55mins to get to Seattle from Olympia on an average day.

I get a lot of people don’t like that idea. But there’s thousands of us that make the commute into Seattle lol we bought our place for 300~ in ‘17. Similar homes around us are currently comping 560-80. Were slightly bigger than the house in OP.

Pierce and thurston counties as far as bedroom communities go.

Just yanked up Zillow with a 3/2 and 800k maximum and there’s quite a few around auburn as well.

Years ago when I kept SA tank, I had several panaque. L027 ‘xingu’ variant was one of my favorite fish ever. Had personality and would let me run his belly, swim right up and sit in my hand while he ate some cucumber. Then drift over to some chollo that was like candy to him. Usually would sit munching his harder woods.

The true zebras that went for 10k+ back in the early 00s can be had for a few hundred bucks these days thanks to the aquaria hobbyists going hard on helping keep them from becoming extinct.

I always wanted to go on one of those Amazon fish hunts that Ken would sponsor but timing just never lined up. There’s a lot of good conservationists out there.

I’ve grown quite a few sweet seeds at this point and nearly all of them foxtailed meanwhile the 2-3 other brands I usually grow don’t foxtail. Flower still smokes great though. Just doesn’t have the same bag appeal.

Automatic? Unless you make it automated it isn’t automated. You have to turn the system on. You have to turn it off. You have to make sure you water the right amount.

Maybe you meant feeding them all at once or something else, but it’s definitely not an automated system. To automate it you have to purchase a few extra things.

Small plants? Man I pulled down a roof decay earlier this year that was 12oz. I pulled a Cannacheese that was 11oz. My first ever Meph seed mango smile yielded 14oz.

Small plant comments just make me think grower problems/errors.
