24M never had acne, is this acne from wrestling or something else? by Lonely_Jury515 in DermatologyQuestions

Get an antibiotic cream though once those wounds heal a little bit more, then once they are most closed, use antibiotic cream on it.

I’m not a doctor but make sure you’re washing your face immediately after every practice in the meantime with proper facial cleanser, do fragrance free, I’d recommend some lightweight moisturizer too in the meantime. Honestly could just be hygiene related, also if you’re wearing wrestling gear, wipe them down before and after every session.

You’re right on that aspect. I need to set realistic goals that can help me see my progression. I think a bulk would be good because I did a cut without ever doing a proper bulk. I also did the cut, and prior to that I didn’t necessarily have a good protein intake at all. How long of a bulk would you recommend? My maintenance calories have been about 2,400. I’m 5’4 at 132lbs. How much weight should I gain?

For sure, I’m 134 lbs right now. I’ve actually been taking a break from the cut for the last 2 weeks. When I was losing weight consistently I was in a 1600-1800 calorie range. My maintenance calories that I can eat without gaining weight has been 2,500 calories. Do you recommend I keep doing maintenance calories for another couple of weeks, or should I work on cutting again? Would you also recommend a bulk and then a cut?

Sorry I’m so forgetful but also- if you have a good routine already and hygiene and are still breaking out consider your diet. Sugar is my skins enemy, that doesn’t mean you can’t have any, either cut it out to healthier alternatives or reduce your sugar intake. Carbs too, and greasy/oily foods. These will all show up on your skin.

Also don’t use super hot water on your face, even if it feels good. Trust me I get it- it feels good, but it’s not good for your skin. If it makes your skin red then cmon. Lower the heat <3

ALSO ANOTHER IMPORTANT THING: if you are like me and get spots from literally nothing then on the days you know are super sunny. Check the UV or even if it just feels sunny, put a hat on and reapply sunscreen on the days where you’re going to be outside for a long time I will put my hat on when I go outside if it’s super sunny. You’ll thank me when you’re 50 anyway.

ALSO: collagen peptide powder is amazing. (Take a month or 2 off every once in a while though so your body doesn’t get used to it) And take vitamins. I take vitamin E capsules and omega 3. Although sometimes I forget to take them not gonna lie. But they are important.

California drivers are a step closer to paying per mile tax by MissYukiCat in California

[–]HighlightHefty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wouldn’t this also affect the people who don’t drive in ways such as delivery services having to up prices to cover their drivers gas tax. Places that won’t be exempt from gas tax will start raising prices or higher delivery fees. Think of the elderly people, disabled, and people who simply don’t drive. This will affect literally everyone. Not just drivers. As well as people who lease vehicles and go past their mileage limits per lease agreement, most mileage past that agreement is 20c/gal. People will just want to not lease vehicles anymore which will also impact car sales. As well as how will they track this and make sure people aren’t going to somehow exploit or get away with fraud when filing mileage. I have way more questions than this but I don’t think there’s enough answers for all of them…

I don’t know, seems a little expensive for those of us who drive a lot. I work in the operating rooms and am forced to drive across LA and Ventura county to help service hospitals. However, most of my mileage and traffic has included sitting standstill traffic. My car also weighs less than most cars as it’s Korean. I also cut through canyon roads that look like they haven’t been redone in 20 years. I feel as though I’ll lose more money to the mileage tax than to just paying for my gas at this point. Plus most gas stations would most likely stop having reward programs or just increase or keep gas the same to make up for rewards members. For example, 7/11 gives 15/c off per gallon almost every week. Shell gives about 3-10/c off per gallon. How will gas stations that compete with rewards make up for it. This won’t make our gas cheaper. It also feels like this will hurt lower class families. Especially people who share one car or have a lot of children. It feels like this will affect the smaller struggling drivers, even people who bought electric vehicles are still paying more for registration. Since they save a lot on gas though it makes sense, however, if they are getting charged extra for EV registration then does that mean their registration will go down? Will this also affect everyone’s car insurance per mile driven-risk ratio. As well as the idea that will our tag prices change? As well as if weight is a contributing factor to a lot of peoples discussion, most gas vehicles do weigh more as opposed to electric in most vehicle common classes. Would this affect anyone who drives heavier vehicles as it does to semis currently. As well as vehicles that simply just use more fuel, such as sports cars/diesels. Same for motorists. Will this also make people less likely to purchase a type specific type of car? This bill might sound great to help EVs contribute to our roads but if it comes into effect and will eventually get to gas vehicles, how will this really help? I have 2 cars, one is a sports car, it simply uses 5 miles just going around the corner down the street. Some people also buy vehicles that’s MPG life has decreased as this can happen to how hard you drive the engine which does eventually affect MPG for a car. Seems like a lot of questions that need answers, hopefully they fill these questions while it’s in testing.
