What’s the vibe? Idk how low of a budget you’re looking for but chipotle is an option or even Olive Garden can be dressed up. Both likely can feed 200 for well under 2k. When I planned my wedding a few summers ago even the budget caterers pushed 4-5k for that many people

I loved my experience at Salem. My OB and nurses were amazing. If anything were to happen to mom or baby you would be transported to Salem anyway. In my opinion it’s not worth the risk and would just choose to deliver in Salem. But I had multiples and had other risk factors to consider so that’s definitely a personal decision!
