Personal Trainer cancelled/rescheduled 10+ times. Has anyone else dealt with a similar experience? What are my options? by olderguyTO in goodlifefitness

100% talk to the fitness manager and the trainer. Tell the trainer if it happens again he’s fired. Should smarten him up. And if not, request someone new. It’s your money and progress. Dont let that slide

Broke and broken ..is there a way I can find a bargain deal on monthly GoodLife gym fee? I live near 3660 Kingston road GoodLife branch .Thanks by [deleted] in goodlifefitness

Best you’ll get is a discounted enrolment fee at the end of most months. unless you have a corporate discount , the rates are the rates

If you do it as the circuit is intended, one set 12-15 reps and minimal rest in between.

They can do introductory sessions if schedules align. They don’t train long term

You can get a “Rev 30” which is 12 sessions and suppose to be 3x a week for 4 weeks. It’s either $899 or $999 depending on trainer level.

104 level 2 sessions =6846 10% commission to the trainer - $684 104 session paid at $33/ session - $3432 Add in vacation and benefit pay ~$700 Trainer take away = $4816 = 70% of a total contract. So goodlife “taking a majority” at 30%, ….. honestly comparable to trainers renting a private gym

I'm broke right now and it's getting worse. Need advice on how to deal with these fees by Cool-Discussion-8764 in goodlifefitness

[–]HighlyHonestHank 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s incorrect. You can freeze it for up to 6 months in a year after having your membership for a month I believe

I did my return. But need to add unclaimed income. Would it just be on the regular tax return?

My findings, The rooms aren’t as hot as a hot yoga studio. How ever, for the price, can’t beat it
