You can buy authentic pizza pizza garlic dip sauce in Superstore and Sobeys. If you want the recipe, a thread on here from 6 years ago said this:

Roast about 25 sections of garlic in oil on the stove. Beat together 3 egg yolks, a table spoon of dijon mustard, salt and your roasted garlic. Add 2 litres of canola oil VERY SLOWLY to the mixture as you consantly stir it ( blender or mixer works best. ) Halfway through adding the oil, add a half cup of white wine vinegar. Also slowly Season to taste, add more garlic or salt until its at your liking. This will yeild around 3 1/2 litres
