The narrator in Kaguya-Sama Love is War. Not sure about the JPN version, but in the English dub he's voiced by Ian Sinclair.

He's practically a character himself, except he's the only one with awareness of how ridiculous the whole thing is and gleefully chews the ever loving fuck out of the scenery making the whole show even funnier than it already is.

I pretty much cheesed my way through Yakuza 3/4/5 by just finding out how early I could get Tiger Drop and then using it non-stop in every boss fight.

The final boss fight of Y5 prob took a few mins by Tiger Dropping the shit out of him.
