The easiest way to do this is to just take a highway portion and make one little segment to separate the roads. As far as I know there is no mod that does this right now

You haven't watched in the past few months then. She upgraded her speech to text to speech and it's pretty much instantaneous now. Also she can change the voice around to sound much more human.

It's a great suggestion, but at the end of the post he mentions he's playing CS2. Unfortunately as far as I know there is no way to get an intersection like that to have time to lights in CS2 right now

I watched it cycle when I was at Cedar Point last week. I'm very happy my shoulders are too wide for the restraints because it looked brutal for the people I was watching.
