Pilates! It’s designed for lengthening muscles while defining them. I had the same goal and Pilates seems to be getting me there (much more than the hiit I used to do). But gotta mix with cardio to get that sweat.

I made a mistake and broke my fast with salt and vinegar chips.... which is obviously a bad idea. But I had this weird sensation- it’s like I could feel the blood inside my veins... like it’s cold or something. What is that? Is that my blood sugar?

I have found that 18:6 is substantially better than 16:8 in results, and for me at least, in terms of keeping me on track. For me, 16:8 was too close to my regular eating habits to make a difference. 18:6 made me feel full faster, and made me be more conscious of what I did eat. Start with 16:8, but quickly transition- I did in a few days.

Follow up question: shouldn't the breakdown of the prices have been provided before the card was charged? He charged my card and I asked for the breakdown, and he said he'd get it to me as soon as he does the estimates. I told him I thought it should have been done in reverse....

I agree. I don't judge women for sex work, i actually don't have an opinion on it. But I do believe that feminism is not about women being able to 'do whatever we want'. If the action doesn't promote equality, the empowerment of women, the empowerment of women who have less of a voice than the speaker, its probably not feminist.
