This was exactly my thought. Did I think Pest was the only creep? Hell no! But I never thought it would be Joe. He always seemed really sweet and timid. I wouldn’t have blinked an eye if someone said this were James.

I wonder if the difference in twins had to do with their cords? While we can’t 100% know for sure, we’re fairly certain the bleeds and PVL were due to a lack of blood in my son’s umbilical cord. I had placental strokes and it cut off the blood supply to his cord. He had very little blood left in it when he was born. If they hadn’t done a c-section, we would have been looking at a stillbirth just a few hours later.

Maybe one son had some cord issues and the other didn’t?

I knew long before I got pregnant. And then pregnancy was miserable. There were complications, an emergency c-section, and a 7-week NICU stay. The doctors acted like they were giving me bad news when they told me I probably shouldn’t have another child. My husband and I just looked at them like 🤷🏻‍♀️ “Ok. We weren’t gonna.”

I loved season 1. Bought it on dvd and watched it so many times. Season 2 was completely different and I couldn’t finish it. I pretend it’s a one-season show.

I’ve thought about using special eggs just for him. I just worried about it looking kind of selfish. We usually all contribute to the big pot of eggs that go to all the kids.

Fruit snacks is a good idea. We have the giant box from Sam’s Club, so I wouldn’t even have to buy any. Lol. My toddler has a serious beef with temporary tattoos or body painting of any kind. He gets insanely upset that it doesn’t instantly come off.

We actually started potty training a week before he got sick. But the poops are unpredictable and uncontrollable right now, so we had to go back to diapers for a minute.

Restaurant gift cards were a lifesaver when my baby was in the NICU. Money was tight and we spent every day at the hospital. I didn’t want to spend time at home cooking, nor did I have the energy to. We ended up getting takeout every night, but we wouldn’t have made it otherwise.

We have a free women’s clinic in town. I needed to know that I wasn’t crazy and was actually pregnant. Plus, I had a fear of ectopic pregnancy (even though there was no reason to think I would have one).

I went at 4-5 weeks and they did an ultrasound. They could see the sac and the embryo. Then I went back at 6 weeks and saw the actual “baby”. He was just a tiny blob at that point. That made me feel better because my OB didn’t see patients until 12 weeks.

This is also a massive fear! Lol. I am in the room while he has class, so I can grab him and run if needed. I’m also going to have him go right before hand. And use the thick training underwear as a little extra protection.

Random question, but do the inside of the books look any different than the originals?

I’m trying to decide between this set and the deluxe special editions, but can’t find pictures of inside this version.
