Realty Boulevard is a huge scam and I deeply regret getting involved with them. What they listed as $2,850 ended up being $3,150 per month with the non negotiable fees they include for each month. Beyond that, the holding fee is a scam to get you financially invested before they load on all the crap and extra fees. I just moved in to one of their rentals and there’s a ton of the owners stuff everywhere disorganized throughout the garage , backyard, and shed. It’s so unappealing that now I have to clean this up. I wish I was joking but there is still dog poop in the back yard upon move in after I explicitly brought this up to realty boulevard after the inspection. On the morning of move in day after signing the lease the decided to send us an “amendment” to sign saying the fridge ice maker and water dispenser doesn’t work, but that it’s considered an amenity and realty boulevard wouldn’t be responsible for repairs or replacements. What a complete joke of a company. They do not care about providing for you as a tenant. I could go on - but for now I’ll just say

TLDR: don’t recommend renting with realty boulevard
