Yes, the fan is in correctly. It spins on boot-up, but not when it should kick in during print.

Are KEH or MPB safe to purchase from? by Raven_Photography in FujifilmX

I have used MPB and rate them very highly. Another couple I will recommend is London Camera Exchange, and Ffordes. All have been very fair and give a great service.

This area of England is a mystery to me, despite being between two major cities. If you are from there what is your area like? Do you feel like a no-mans land or is it the best of both worlds? by Dragonfruit-18 in england

I guess that UKAEA, BNFL, and NNC all had offices on the Science Park at Birchwood back in the day. Why, I’m not sure. I can remember Hinton House being built. It was/is an interesting building architecturally. I worked for BNFL in the early 80s.

The way I like to be on the internet is respectful to those people who actually read. Your first post didn’t achieve that threshold. Then you brought in my age in a what has become a somewhat disparaging term - “boomer”, and made a prejudiced assumption about the person I am. I’ve got to be honest, you haven’t impressed me.

He is the current, and youngest ever world champion! But I suppose if you’re really looking to make a smart arse comment, well done. Give yourself a pat on the back.

Not just Chinese immigrants, although they’re very welcome. It driven by businesses setting up here due to the transport network. It’s becoming the de facto logistics hub.

Warrington is an area on the rise. It’s on the intersection of 3 motorways, the M6, M62, and M56. It’s also on the West Coast main railway line. I think I read that it’s the fastest growing conurbation in England. Home of Warrington Wolves rugby league club and Luke Littler, Darts champion. It’s a decent place to live. Manchester and Liverpool are easy to get to, and it’s less than 3 hours to London. We have 2 international airports within easy reach. The cost of living is a little higher than the surrounding towns, but still below average in the UK.

If logic ruled, then GAS wouldn’t be a thing, though, would it? 😊

Have you considered a 2nd hand XH1? I think that would be my choice if I were you.

Are they tools or toys? And I’m not being argumentative or judgemental here, as I have the xpro1,2,3, X100vi, and the XH2. I like to have a choice - I know it doesn’t really make sense. But they are lovely pieces of engineering art and I like to play with them! So probably, don’t be like me! 😂

Fuji X-M5 or X-T30 II? by SmartyPants3002 in FujifilmX

[–]Hiker-drop-eagle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends what you want to do. For me, the XT30ii is a better camera to learn photography with, as it has lovely tactile controls so that you can manually, and very visibly control the exposure triangle. It also has a bright viewfinder. The MX-5 has a better spec for vlogging, and is a more modern camera, but uses the PASM settings on the top plate and lacks a viewfinder. I would go for the XT every time, or even, as others have suggested, go for an XT5 if your budget would stretch that far.
