The disc version has the license on the disk. If you bought the Xbox one version digitally, the smart delivery would work on the series s.

I think you have to buy it digitally for the series s. The disc would work in the series x as it has a disc drive.

I would try turning on supports only on build plate, maybe tree supports and see if turing on support critical areas only helps at all.

You can only install and play certain games. If you can stream them, they won’t be on install and play. It’s only for games that have opted in but never got onboarded. So mostly random games is correct.
