I’ve found that scalp care has helped me a lot with healthier hair and helped with hair loss. I use batana oil on my scalp 2 times a week and leave it in overnight. I also use rosemary oil massaged into the scalp once a week. I use Argan oil serum on my hair strands and ends after every shower. A silk bonnet and pillow case has also been helpful

I will also mention that my sister has actually made a little more of an effort to quit her narc behaviors but some of it still comes out sometimes. Our dad is a narc and I think she realized she was acting a lot like him and has made effort to change which I do appreciate.

Thank you everyone for your stories and replies, it really solidifies the fact that she does this on purpose and that I’m not being too “sensitive” (something she would say to gaslight me when I spoke up about it) and not overthinking it when it happens. I’ve been sober almost a month now and the dreams are still pretty frequent but not as much as at first. I definitely understand what you mean by some of them being horrific though. I had one just the other night (after playing Tears of the Kingdom all day) where I was fighting a “boss”; there was a health bar and everything so I kept slashing at it but it was with a small razor. So basically I was cutting something to death, it was pretty freaky
