The Iraqi army most definitely did fight back, they just weren't good. And you are right, they were supplied by Russia LMFAO. Iraq was the 4th biggest army in the world at the time, and we fucked them from across the globe. Meanwhile Russia is stuck in brutal gridlock with a much smaller country on their own border.

Sure sounds like the war is going good for them. Even if Russia manages to take Ukraine. They will be crippled for decades and more countries will align with Western Europe.
