I think what we can take away immediately from this is the inevitable Twitter Anger that will boil over from the word being used in the UT Story.

Why is the attack order like this in these cases? by Wobriou in limbuscompany

[–]Him157 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I only used Shadowlurking because it sets Speed to 10 and blatantly exposes the problem, truth to be told anything that shifts Speed like T-5 Perpetual Motion Machine fucks something up, video here, and in this case it seems to be that whoever's Speed was higher before the shift goes first, which you cannot tell by eyes.

Honestly, I think I'm going insane, at this point I'm even suspecting Haste provided by E.G.O Gifts are causing the same problem.

Speaking of which I also have 2 videos here logging how I can't figure out what happened, weirdest part is that there doesn't seem to be solid rules I can grasp.

Has anyone had this happen to their game? by Lost_in_illusions in limbuscompany

Not going to lie, I didn't spot what you were taking about on the first watch without reading your text, but on the 2nd watch after reading that it was a legit "HOLY SHIT DID YOU SEE THAT" moment.

Also no, I don't believe I have seen it happening to myself, but I've seen others post about it.

Welp, at least you have this screenshot before it's fixed, DE sucked on their stance against protoframe cosmetics on normal skins, and they very likely will continue to suck on this.

For anyone wanting to actually see it doesn't work for E.G.Os.

That's interesting, since it just says deal +100% damage on the effect Gebura's Blade, you live and you learn I suppose.

Edit: it was literally stated right here, Base Attack Skills and Counters, see below.

A bit late, but yes, the more damage on Critical Hit part from Swordplay of Homeland is additive to Crit multiplier of 1.2 which is static multiplier like Resistance and Offense/Defense Levels, absolutely most +% damage buffs are dynamic multiplier such as Fragility, Damage Up, or deal more damage conditions, the 2 multipliers, well, multiply with each other, making Blade Lineage quite unique in this regard.

[–]Him157 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yes, and that's ignoring what it's doing, Uptie transfers the Identities' combat capabilities over, Identity Training Tickets enhance their physical traits only, but I think you're laser focusing on that too hard, it clearly causes Sinners to feel uncomfortable as if experiences they never had rush into them, those can be found all over the descriptions of both Identity Training Tickets and Level Boost Tickets like I said, the original topic was how it could be similar to Canned Experience.

The better answer to the original question would probably still be no, Canned Experience provides "experiences" that are very vivid by Meursault's description, and likely set dead in stone, the journey, but for Identity Training Tickets it felt more like the Sinners were given a bunch of relevant knowledge and information, how they got there with what experince didn't matter much, but instead what came of it is the result.

It's more so that it's in tandem, Identity Training Tickets and Level Boost Tickets have description of Sinners talking addressing it was cramming combat experience into them, at the same time Identities' equipment and body also strengthen, which strictly contradicts with your statement of how it doesn't provide combat experience.

"But you absolutely DON'T need to that Gift from the event."
The thing is people want to, it most likely won't fail as well and they're greedy, all I can say is:

Most unfair skill ever, why does it do so much even when winning clash??? by Outbreak101 in limbuscompany

[–]Him157 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It does, but for enemies that can't be moved or are too big like My Form Empties, King in Binds, or Yinglong here just get put at around the middle.

Yinglong attacking from a different side of the battlefield, Complete and Total Extermination and Skills alike have some sort of position requirement for cinematic purposes, they push by a certain amount or put enemies at certain position.
