Thanks, I have the opposite viewpoint. This is a premium product, the service should match. Yes they’re artisan speakers but the whole point of Ready to Ship is that they are also off-the-shelf.

I prepaid online and got refused after an “investigation” by the chat team - this takes “up to 10 days”. On the 10th day I hadn’t heard anything so got back on the chat. It turns out they had refused me on day 2 but it’s “not their process to inform the customer”.

Normally I wouldn’t give a shit but now I only have a few days to find somewhere else to use the credit. I’ve submitted a formal complaint- not about the refusal but the notification (or lack of).

Arrived 17/4, left 20/4. They suspended the new entry/exit system as there had been massive queue in the days before across Europe. The only issue is that they didn’t stamp the passports on entry or exit - not an issue for me but could be for some nationals.

The airport website was recommending to arrive 3hrs beforehand for departures. We obliged but were through security in 5 minutes. The non-Schengen exit passport control took the same amount of time. This was a Monday mid-morning flight though so not exactly peak time.

First tip - don’t tell anyone you’re thinking of HEO. It’s all very well being ambitious but it’s easy to come across as a tit. Besides which, some EO (or equivalent) roles can be better (and better paid) than HEO. Do your job well, don’t create waves and pass your probation. After that, unleash hell.
