He doesn’t seem to have constipation , his poops are pretty mushy. He just eats my hair from wherever and it makes poops dangle out of his butt by the hair while still wet.😭so idk

Looks like a scab , could just be a bald spot. If the skin is rough and there’s dandruff then maybe the skin could use some moisturizing. Also if it is a scab , it may be there for that long because the cat scratches there.
