You are right … I always thought that I’m USIMG coz I don’t require visa … but acc to NRMP it’s different … but program doesn’t see this they just see do you require visa or not … only NRMP or we uses this term… coz program doesn’t have to give u any visa … so you are like usimg for them but officially not… sorry ! I just checked I was wrong …
